Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions our support team and managers hear most often, grouped by theme. Each answer is written to stand on its own, and where a topic deserves more depth the answer points to the page that gives it. If your question is not here, the team answers new ones daily at [email protected].

General use

How do I register on Zing markbit?

Fill in the registration form on the home page or the account creation page with your name, phone number, e-mail and a password. Registration is free, it takes about a minute, and a personal manager calls you within 24 hours to help with the next steps.

What do I need to start trading?

A registered account, completed identity verification, and a starting deposit from K 6,500 for the Basic plan. Your manager helps arrange each of these and confirms when your account is ready to activate strategies.

Do I need trading experience?

No. The platform is designed for users without professional trading backgrounds: the engine analyses markets and executes automatically, the guides in the Learn section explain concepts from zero, and a personal manager supports you throughout. Inexperience does not remove risk, though, so read the risk disclosure before funding.

Can I use the platform on my phone?

Yes. The dashboard, deposits, withdrawals and reports all work from a mobile browser with the same functionality as on a computer, which suits most Zambian users whose primary device is a phone.

Can I have more than one account?

One account per person is the rule, tied to your verified identity. Multiple accounts complicate verification and payment routing, and are not supported.

Fees and results

What fees does the platform charge?

Account opening, maintenance, custody and inactivity are free, and there is no monthly platform fee. Trading commission runs up to 0.58% per transaction, currency conversion up to 1.50%, and forex spreads start from 0.8. The full schedule sits on the fees page.

Where can I see the exact fee before a trade?

Every applicable commission and cost is displayed on the confirmation screen before you approve a transaction. Nothing is deducted that was not shown there first.

Are profits assured?

No, and no honest operator would say otherwise. Trading results depend on market conditions and can be negative, including the loss of your whole deposit. Past performance, including the experiences described in other users' reviews, does not predict your results.

How are my funds held?

Trading balances sit with the executing venues the platform connects to, and records of ownership are yours. You can request a withdrawal at any time; funds are never locked in by the platform itself.

Functions and the platform

Does the platform trade automatically?

Yes, that is its core. Once you activate a strategy, the engine monitors its markets and executes according to the strategy's rules, including while you sleep. You can adjust parameters or switch strategies off at any time.

What does the AI actually analyse?

Price movement, trading volume, volatility, trend structure and historical patterns across the markets being followed. The artificial intelligence page describes the process in detail.

Can I choose which markets are followed?

Yes. You agree the initial selection with your manager and can adjust it afterwards: currency pairs, gold and digital assets can be added or removed from what your strategies watch.

Will I be notified about important movements?

You configure alerts for the conditions you care about, and a weekly report arrives by e-mail summarising trades, results and account status. Security events, such as logins from new devices, always notify you.

Can I use only some functions and ignore the rest?

Certainly. Some users let everything run automatically and read the weekly report; others prefer to review each strategy monthly and adjust limits. The platform supports both rhythms.

Risks

Can I lose money trading?

Yes. All trading in financial markets carries the risk of loss, up to the full amount deposited. The risk disclosure page describes ten specific risk areas and how careful users manage each one.

What is volatility and why does it matter?

Volatility is how much and how quickly prices move. High volatility creates both the opportunities the engine works with and the drawdowns it tries to limit. The crypto basics page explains it with examples.

Can risks be fully eliminated?

No. Limits, diversification and the pause logic narrow the range of outcomes; they cannot prevent losses or make results certain. Treat any claim otherwise, from anyone, as a warning sign.

Does the automatic pause feature protect my balance?

It reduces activity during extreme market moments, which limits new exposure then. It does not reverse losses already incurred, and positions held can still lose value.

Security and your account

How is my account protected?

Encryption in transit and at rest, two-factor authentication, login alerts, session control, scoped connection keys and a full audit trail. The security page explains each layer and how to use it.

Who manages my money?

You do. The engine executes strategies you activate, within limits you approve, and your manager advises rather than decides. Withdrawals only ever go to destinations you add and verify.

What happens if I forget my password?

Use the recovery flow from the login page, or write to support from your registered e-mail. Identity is verified before access is restored, which takes a little longer for good reason.

How do I recognise a fake Zing markbit message?

Our messages come only from @zing-markbit.org addresses, and we never ask for passwords, one-time codes or full card numbers. The fraud warning page lists the patterns to watch for.

Help and support

What should I do if something on the platform looks wrong?

Write to [email protected] describing what you saw and when, ideally with a screenshot. If your account security is involved, say so in the subject line and the account is frozen while the report is examined.

What if my settings seem wrong or I do not understand a function?

Ask your personal manager first; most questions resolve in one call. The getting started guide and this FAQ cover the common ones, and support answers by e-mail during working hours.

When is support available?

Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 CAT, with an average reply within one business hour. Urgent security matters are prioritised whenever they arrive.

How do I make a formal complaint?

Write to the support address with the subject "complaint". The complaints page describes the process, timelines and the escalation route in full.

Accounts, deposits and withdrawals

How do I deposit funds?

After registration your manager walks you through it. Deposits arrive by MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer; all are free, and all but bank transfer are instant.

How long do withdrawals take?

Mobile money withdrawals complete within 24 hours, cards take 1 to 5 business days, and bank transfers 1 to 3 business days. Times start from approval during support hours.

Why must I verify my identity?

Verification protects your account from impersonation and meets the requirements applicable to our activity. It happens once, and the AML/KYC page explains every document and step.

Can somebody else deposit into my account?

Accounts should be funded from instruments in your own name. Third-party funding creates verification problems and can pause withdrawals until the source is clarified.
