Deposits, withdrawals, timelines and limits
Deposits by MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa and Mastercard are free and instant; bank transfers are free and arrive within 1 to 3 business days. Withdrawals are free across every method: mobile money within 24 hours, cards in 1 to 5 business days, bank transfer in 1 to 3 business days. Method minimums and daily limits are shown in the withdrawal dialog at the moment you use it, and the full tables sit on the deposit and withdrawal methods page.
Important notes
Plan minimums are entry thresholds for the associated service level, not charges. Trading results, whether positive or negative, belong to your account and are not fees. Amounts in Kwacha are converted at the time of a transaction where an instrument trades in another currency, at the conversion cost stated above. If anything on this page is unclear, ask your manager to walk through it before you commit funds; an unread fee schedule is how surprises happen.
