Terms of Use

You may use this site and the associated services for their stated purpose: learning about the platform, opening an account, funding it, operating strategies and withdrawing funds. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself, to keep it current, and to use only payment instruments and accounts in your own name. The services are offered to users who are at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter contracts under Zambian law.

You may not copy the site's content for commercial reuse, resell access to the services without agreement, reverse-engineer the platform beyond what your browser normally does, or interfere with its operation. Automated scraping of the site, load-testing against it and attempts to bypass usage limits are prohibited. These restrictions protect the service every user shares; they do not limit your rights to use the site as an ordinary visitor.

Registered users receive service messages: verification updates, incident notices, withdrawal confirmations and the weekly account report. Separately, with your consent, you may receive marketing messages about platform features and offers. Consent for marketing can be withdrawn at any time from a link at the bottom of any such message or by writing to [email protected]; service messages continue regardless, because they concern your account.

The site's text, design, graphics, logo and code belong to Zing markbit or to its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Exchange names appearing on the site refer to third-party services and remain the property of their owners; we display them as styled wordmarks only, to indicate which markets the engine monitors. Nothing on this site transfers intellectual property rights to you beyond the right to view and use the site as intended.

Your personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Information you exchange with support about your account is confidential within the team that needs it. In the other direction, material the platform shares with you about its procedures, security arrangements and internal controls is given for your use and not for republication that could weaken those arrangements.

The site links to pages within zing-markbit.org and, where useful, names external services such as exchanges and payment providers. We do not control external sites, are not responsible for their content or their availability, and a reference is never an endorsement of everything a third party does. Your use of an external service is a separate relationship governed by that provider's own terms.

It is prohibited to use the site or services for unlawful purposes, to transmit spam or malware, to attack or probe our infrastructure, to infringe intellectual property rights, to launder or disguise the origin of funds, or to assist any third party in doing these things. Accounts used for prohibited purposes can be suspended immediately where the circumstances require it, with funds handled according to the applicable requirements and the withdrawal policy.

Support is available at [email protected] during Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (CAT). Questions about fees, documents, strategies and incidents all belong there, and the formal complaint route on the complaints page exists when a question has become a dispute. We aim to answer within one business hour on average, as stated on the contact page.

The site and its content are provided as they are. We work to keep information accurate, complete and timely, but we do not warrant that any page, figure or projection is error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose you have in mind. Market information can be delayed or incomplete, and nothing on this site is a recommendation or advice to buy, sell or hold any asset. Your decisions remain yours.

To the extent the applicable law allows, Zing markbit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost savings or trading losses arising from market movement, third-party failures, or your own use of the platform contrary to these terms or to the risk disclosure. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Zambian law does not permit to be excluded, and nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

You agree to indemnify Zing markbit against claims, losses and reasonable costs that arise from your breach of these terms, from your unlawful use of the services, or from material you submit to the platform. This clause works alongside the others, not instead of them: it shifts the cost of your actions back to you where the fault is genuinely yours.

These terms can be updated; an updated version takes effect from the moment it is published on this page, and material changes are announced to registered users where practicable. They are governed by the laws applicable in Zambia, and disputes that our complaints process cannot resolve follow the avenues that framework provides. If any clause of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. The current version was published in October 2026; previous versions are available on request at [email protected].
